The Solidyne UNIDEX inputs accept UDX adapters which are connected by a data bus with the console CPU. This allows the operator to manage from any mixer channel all kinds of Telco devices like telephone lines (POT, VoxIP), cellphones via Bluetooth, Linphone or Skype and make conferences among them. The UX24 is ready for Multimedia Radio because it also controlls TV cameras microphone operated and all the new technologies that will appear at the future. All this without the need for costly special front panel modules

Advantages of operating with Bluetooth 4.0

The first advantage is a better audio quality because the connection to the cell is digital. The link 4.0 has response 50-8000 Hz covering the whole vocal range. It also provides significant advantages for journalism because it is possible to connect the console in seconds with the private cell phone of the journalist to interview to people whose phone number is confidential and he does not want to reveal. We can imagine a lawyer who contacts your client or a stars representative that gives us a report to one of its stars or multiple situations in which we can get an exclusive story that could not otherwise achieve. If we add the fact that the cell phones of Government people or stars of the show business are only attended when the cellphone is called from a known person, we can realize the remarkable power of this Solidyne technology.

The Solidyne UX24 is fully integrated wiring maintaining the current study because it does not need to use a network AoIP which lowers installation costs. But the version with AoIP Dante AES67 is the perfect solution for those who want to have everything ..... without wires exposed.

The UX24-A67 is the perfect solution because it handles a third of its capacity for AoIP and keeps the rest for direct connection to the console. This allows you:
The outputs for headphones and studio monitors are into the console (and not at the distant rack ...).
USB connections of 4 and 16 channels used at the PC's (facing the operator) will be in the console.
The DJ microphone inputs are in the console.
AES3 / SPdif connectors for devices located at the operator's desk are in the console (and not on a remote rack).
Studio microphones inputs (which are facing the operator) are also on the console.
Thus the existing wiring in a study remains UNCHANGED. Flexible cables attached to the tiny RJ45 connectors disappear from view due the removable back cover of the mixer.

But we also have 16 x 16-channel Dante AES67 that gives the extra power of the UX24

If you need remote studio microphones inputs you can use the UDX-2MIC-A67 adapter to connect microphones anywhere of the AoIP network.
If you need remote PC's you can use an AoIP audio driver that generates virtual audio cards

We can also connect to the AoIP network audio monitors, headsets, intercoms, AVIO adapters, and any other compatible device.

There are no limits for Dante AES67 networks

The two technologies; AoIP and integrated, are present in the version UX24-A67.

The UX 24 console manages two studios directly, but its great capacity allows it to handle more IP virtual studios.

Its capacity of handling of 32 inputs allows to operate new studies by IP from any PC or Tablet connected to the LAN network of the radio. You can operate using WiFi within the studios. Remotely a journalist or DJ can operate a radio program from home, using a PC or notebook.

Using a PC with Touch Screen you have a Virtual Radio that can easily manage Production studios, Editing, News and Interviews.

They are professional audio connections ASIO & WDM simultaneous 24bit 48kHz, without delay, used in recording studios. The use of ASIO standard allows the UX24 connection to free plug-in software, VST (Virtual Studio Technology) to handle Reverberation, Vocoder, special effects, synths, etc.

The UX24 can modify its programming from its touch screen without requiring external PC.

It has two outputs and one input which are used to direct streaming, without PC, or to connect with transmission plant and relay stations. NO need to acquire STL links. It also allows you to link with remote studios.

It has IP connection to automatically control the camera switcher based on the microphones sound level. It chooses the camera that faces the journalists who are currently speaking. In case of dialogue between them, the video switcher splits the screen into two parts.
